Do you want to see Ratatoing for yourself? Of course you do. Here it is.
Here are the voice actors who slummed it under pseudonyms:
While you wait, please enjoy the "Ratatoing Rap". After the movie, you'll be qualified to sport this handsome bumper sticker.
Man, I know—we were all "holy shit is that Vibe Jones in a cameo?!" and we were just as giddy as schoolgirls when the credits frame confirmed it—
How did they score a major-league talent like Vibe Jones is what I've just got to know.
"Donna Coney Island" may be the best pseudonym I've heard since "Lascivia Gomez".
You will be delighted to know that I am 99% certain that Carol and Oscar are played by the voices of Yukari and Akihiko, respectively.
Sorry, I meant Otavio. Whatever. It's not like those fuckers have richly drawn personalities. Anyway, you'll know him when you hear him.
Also: Google just informed me that Donna Coney Island's previous voice work includes a role in something called Bondage House, which is going to color future viewings of Ratatoing in ways I haven't had the mental stamina to fully contemplate, yet.
You know, I interviewed Lisa Ortiz last December and somehow forgot to ask her all about Ratatoing. Damn.
I can't believe she didn't bring it up without being prompted!
Yeah, "Wayne Grayson" definitely didn't come from a Batman fan killing time at his first voice/animation/gopher/marketing/minimumwage post-college job.
I find it highly improbable that a mouse with blue fur would have bright pink, almost fuchsia skin.
They were intelligently designed by a loving god!
So, is the pink female rate hairless, since her "fur" seems to be the same color.
That was the most uncomfortable 44 minutes I've ever sat through.
Oh man, it's like someone hired Colin
to do a feature-length film. This is going to be horrible and awesome.
